Athletic Eligibility
To be eligible for Davis High School Athletics students must do the following:
1. Purchase ASB Card from Activities office (cost $20)
2. Provide Physical
3. Pass at least 5 subjects in previous trimester/semester?
4. Carry Insurance for injury and/or accident.
5. Reside within Yakima School District bounderies.
6. Complete Green Eligibility form (includes Medical Release)
7. Pay $25 pay-to-play fee to activities office.
