Bob Stanley - Athletic Director, Assistant Principal Born and raised in Yakima, Mr. Stanley is a 1983 graduate of East Valley High School. He attended and played basketball at Yakima Valley Community College and at Central Washington University. He received his Masters Degree from Heritage College. Mr. Stanley has been a teacher and coach at Davis High School since 1991. From 1995 to 2000, Mr. Stanley was the varsity girls basketball coach for the Pirates.

In 2001 coach Stanley stepped out of the classroom and out of coaching to become the Assistant Principal/Athletic Director at Davis. Mr. Stanley says "Participation in sports is a very important aspect in the lives of students. Athletics provide youth with the opportunities to set goals and work towards them, as well as instilling the concepts of teamwork, discipline and hard work. Athletes also must maintain passing grades in order to participate; and another avenue of "accountability" will always be beneficial to the lives of the student"
